Scientific Overview
A targeted therapeutic engine has been successfully developed for
inducing selective intracellular microbe destruction and/or cellular suicide (apoptosis)
in susceptible, abnormally proliferative cells. The stabilized peroxidic molecule
and its penetrating solvent includes a combination of a synthesized active ingredient in combination with other generally
as safe (GRAS) components. RACO formulations have been tested in pre-clinical research studies over the past seven years with no appreciable
side effects or complications, even at 500x effective normal dosage.
The superoxide generating dye and the perpetuating
agent, also biologically compatible, conveniently form a unique molecular
complex. The superoxide dye and the perpetuator selectively absorb into
infected and dysplastic proliferating cells, which are typically catalase deficient.
The proposed mode of action involves the active ingredient, a synthesized oxygen laden hydrocarbon, which in the presence of the
dye and perpetuator produces a microscopic amount of peroxide (acting as a mitochondrial
cytochrome mimic) catalyzing the macrophage to overcome microbial toxins or escalate to apoptosis.
This patent-pending targeted therapeutic
engine, successfully formulated and tested without harm to normal cells,
is called Recycling Autocatalytic Oxidationsm
(RACO).
