We are an Austin, Texas based drug discovery and development company focused on development of a patented therapeutic compound that selectively inhibits abnormally proliferating cells and tissues. This abnormal proliferation may result from viral or other pathogens leading to chronic intracellular infection and dysplasia. The compound is being targeted at several potential indications, including age-related diseases, chronic intracellular infections, virally-related tumors and cancers and metabolic diseases.

The patented therapeutic drug engine has demonstrated consistent, compelling efficacy in pre-clinical research against various viral and intracellular pathogens, both in-vitro and in-vivo. Research suggests that Torquin’s drug engine selectively targets and re-catalyzes the innate immune system response, enabling the body to effectively inhibit and eliminate abnormally proliferating cells and toxins.

Independent pre-clinical toxicity research has demonstrated safety even at extreme dosage in laborartory animal testing. Clinical observation of effectiveness against indications include ophthalmic, cardiac, viral, cancer, metabolic and chronic intracellular infectious diseases. The company is pursuing outlicensing of the technology to advance into regulatory approval and commercialization.
